Forge has battery of hammers upto 6.25MT pneumatic hammers. We can forge upto single
piece 250lbs |
We have in-house die shop equipped with latest CNC Vertical Machining Centers, EDM
machines, Milling machines and Lathe machines. Dies are made to perfection to achieve
final product as per customers drawing. |
Cutting department is equipped with battery of fully automatic band-saw machines
capable of cutting up to 20" round or billets. |

Our machining facility is equipped with CNC turning centers, CNC vertical maching
center and CNC horizontal maching center. We provide complete machined parts as
per customer drawings and specification. |

We have in-house laboratory capable of doing all chemical and physical analyses.
We stamp hardness on individaul part. MTR is issued based on heat lot from steel
plant with full traceability. |
We have continous heat treatment facility with furnaces caliberated as per API 6A.
Quenching media is water, oil or polymer. We keep record temperature of quenching
media |
